Ltd., operating under the brand name “Jeevni,” offers a wide range of services designed to support health, wellness, hygiene, and safety at both personal and professional levels. These services include but are not limited to elder care, patient care, baby and child care, and hospital support, as well as housekeeping, pest control, deep cleaning, hospitality staffing, and security services. Jeevni provides these services through its website and mobile platform, enabling users to schedule care and maintenance services, manage payments, raise queries, and interact with assigned CareGivers or service staff. By using these services, you agree to the following terms & conditions, which govern your access to all Jeevni offerings.
All care and service personnel provided by Jeevni undergo background verification. CareGivers may perform tasks like sponging, bathing, medication assistance, and companionship—but not household chores (cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.). Similarly, hospitality, cleaning, pest control, or security staff shall operate strictly within their assigned roles and are not expected to perform personal or unrelated tasks. Medical emergencies must be addressed by licensed doctors; Jeevni staff cannot diagnose or prescribe.
On behalf of the Patient, you request Jeevni to provide services at home or another mutually agreed location. You acknowledge that the Service is recommended by a licensed medical practitioner and accept responsibility for the Service and any associated risks. While Jeevni strives to deliver high-quality Service, it cannot be held liable for any errors, including criminal actions by CareGivers. You recognize and agree that the services provided by Jeevni, either directly or through CareGivers or affiliates, carry a risk of failure and/or adverse effects that could result in serious consequences, including mortality or permanent disability. You also understand that Jeevni does not guarantee any specific recovery or outcome from the services rendered.
You agree to provide a safe environment for CareGivers to perform their duties and ensure they are not subjected to harassment, abuse, or any physical or emotional distress. You authorise Jeevni to collect and use/share the patient’s data with others (without disclosing the Patient’s identity). Jeevni will not be responsible for any misuse of the patient’s data by CareGivers, affiliates, employees, or other parties. You agree to make payments to Jeevni according to the agreed-upon terms and will not associate these payments with the outcomes of the service. Jeevni may, at its sole discretion, allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise provide content to Jeevni through the Services, including textual, audio, and/or visual materials, documents, and information, such as feedback related to the Services and support requests (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that: (i) you are either the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and releases to grant Jeevni the rights to use the User Content as described above; and (ii) neither the User Content nor your submission, upload, publication, or provision of such content, nor Jeevni’s permitted use of the User Content, will infringe upon or violate any third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights, publicity or privacy rights, or any applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to submit User Content that is defamatory, libelous, hateful, violent, obscene, pornographic, illegal, or otherwise offensive, as determined solely by Jeevni. Jeevni may, but is not obligated to, review, monitor, or remove User Content at its sole discretion at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to you. Jeevni may, at its sole discretion, allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise provide content to Jeevni through the Services, including textual, audio, and/or visual materials, documents, and information, such as feedback related to the Services and support requests (“User Content”). You agree to provide necessary living arrangements and supplies for carers or live-in staff. If conditions are not met for 24 hours or more, services may be suspended until restored.
Jeevni will try to assign the same staff for consistency but reserves the right to change or substitute personnel due to emergencies, leave, or operational needs. Clients may request a replacement under specific conditions, such as absenteeism or illness.
Appointments for services with Jeevni can be arranged via the Jeevni website, mobile app, or by calling +91 9355745554, +91 9355745551. Your service request will only be considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from Jeevni.
When making a booking, we may utilise personal information, including payment details such as cardholder name, credit/debit card number (in encrypted form), expiration date, banking information, wallet details, and any other data you have permitted us to store. We may also access the list of individuals associated with your account. This information will be provided to you during the booking process to facilitate a quicker and more efficient completion of your bookings.
The estimated amount must be paid in advance, along with recurring deposits for the next service cycle. An additional charge will apply if the same staff member continues to provide care during their off days, leaves, or public holidays. Care requirements may fluctuate depending on the patient’s condition. Extra charges will also apply for consumables used by the staff while providing care. Transportation fees may vary if the patient travels to different locations and requires staff accompaniment.
In the event that staff members are injured during service, the family will assume full responsibility for their treatment. Any equipment supplied or used by Jeevni will incur costs. It is the family’s responsibility to ensure all necessary conditions are met for the efficient use of this equipment.
All outstanding charges must be settled prior to the patient’s discharge. If payment is not received from the patient or next of kin, Jeevni reserves the right to suspend services until payment is made. Patients will receive regular updates regarding their payment status in relation to the services utilised.

All intellectual property utilized on the Websites by Jeevni, service providers, or any third party will remain the property of Jeevni, the respective service provider, or the third party involved. You agree not to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Website, or any features that restrict the use or reproduction of materials, or that enforce limitations on the use of the Website or its contents. The Service is protected to the fullest extent allowed by copyright laws, other legal provisions, and international agreements. Content displayed on or through the Services is safeguarded as a collective work and/or compilation under copyright laws. The materials available on the Websites may not be altered, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, sold, compiled, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or other methods
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Jeevni disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, that are not explicitly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Furthermore, Jeevni makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, or availability of the services or any services requested through the use of the platform, nor that the services will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Jeevni does not ensure the quality, suitability, safety, or capabilities of third-party providers. You acknowledge that all risks associated with your use of the services and any goods or services requested in connection with them rest entirely with you, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Jeevni shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to or resulting from any use of the services. Jeevni is not responsible for any damages, liabilities, or losses arising from: (i) your use of or reliance on the services, or your inability to access or utilize the services; or (ii) any transactions or relationships between you and any
third-party provider, even if Jeevni has been informed of the potential for such damages. Jeevni shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In no case shall Jeevni’s total liability to you in connection with the services for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed one hundred INR (Rs. 100/-). While you may use Jeevni’s services to request and schedule home and elder care services, or logistics services from third-party providers, you acknowledge that Jeevni has no responsibility or liability to you regarding services provided by these third-party providers, except as explicitly outlined in these terms.
You agree and understand that Jeevni acts solely as an intermediary, identifying service providers and coordinating interactions between you and them. Furthermore, you recognize that the service provider is an independent contractor, and any actions taken by the service provider whether within or outside the scope of their services as defined in this agreement will not render Jeevni liable for any civil or criminal claims.
You agree to compensate and protect Jeevni, along with its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise from or are related to: (i) your use of the Services or any goods or services obtained through your use of the Services; (ii) your breach or violation of these Terms; (iii) Jeevni’s use of your User Content; or (iv) your infringement of the rights of any third party,
including Third Party Providers.
You agree, on behalf of yourself and the Patient, to receive communications via SMS, email, and phone calls at your mobile number and email address from both Jeevni and the assigne Caregiver. You consent to receive promotional messages, including newsletters, special offers,
reminders, and updates.
Jeevni may terminate the service immediately and with effect at any time and for any reason by sending a notice to your registered postal address or via WhatsApp or via email to your registered email address.
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India, with jurisdiction exclusively in Delhi. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, they shall be exclusively governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, conflict, claim, or controversy arising from or related to the Services or these Terms including issues concerning their validity, interpretation, or enforceability (collectively referred to as “Dispute”) shall first be required to undergo mediation proceedings in accordance with Indian law. If the Dispute remains unresolved within sixty (60) days after a mediation request has been submitted under Indian law.
The Dispute shall be resolved by a civil and criminal law in accordance with the applicable Act. shall take place in Delhi Jurisdiction, India, and the proceedings will be conducted in English/Hindi
